5.1 Shipping
5.1.1 The delivery is made by DHL and takes place worldwide.
5.1.2 The delivery for immediately available goods takes place - unless otherwise agreed - within seven working days after receipt of the invoice amount by WallArtGo (in the case of advance payment) or after the PayPal payment process has been completed or after your credit card has been charged. WallArtGo assumes no liability for delays that are not WallArtGo's area of responsibility.
5.1.3 The delivery of pre-order goods takes place - unless otherwise agreed - within 30 working days after receipt of the invoice amount by WallArtGo (in the case of advance payment) or after the PayPal payment process has been completed or after your credit card has been charged. WallArtGo assumes no liability for delays that are not WallArtGo's area of responsibility.
5.1.4 The customer is obliged to accept the goods.
5.1.5 If the customer is an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss and accidental damage to the goods passes to the customer upon handover, in the case of mail-order sales upon delivery of the goods to the forwarding agent, carrier or other person responsible for carrying out the shipment .
5.1.5 If the customer is a consumer, the risk of accidental loss and accidental damage to the goods sold only passes to the customer when the goods are handed over, even in the case of mail-order sales. The handover is the same if the customer is in default of acceptance.
5.2 Availability Status
5.2.1 Goods that are immediately available are accordingly marked as immediately available on the product pages of the shop. Goods that are immediately available will be shipped as explained in 5.1.2.
5.2.2. Goods that are not immediately available are marked as "pre-order" or "pre-order".
5.2.3. Goods that are marked as pre-order or pre-order are on a first come, first served basis and are strictly limited.
